How long until I have something I can use?
Most customers go from sign-up to a first draft policy set in under a week. If you connect SharePoint or Google Drive on day one, it can be the same afternoon.
I already have ISO 27001. Do I have to redo everything?
No. ISO 27001 covers most of NIS2 Article 21. We map your existing controls and only flag the genuine gaps — typically incident reporting, supply chain, and management body governance.
Are there usage caps?
No metered token charges. Generation is unlimited within a tier; only large bulk operations are rate-limited per account.
How does the MSP white-label work?
Add-on at Professional, included at Enterprise. You get a branded subdomain, mail templates, billing splits, and a multi-customer console. We never appear to your client.
What happens when a country amends its NIS2 law?
We update our country configuration and ship the change within 10 business days. Your account picks it up automatically — no upgrade or migration on your side.
Where is my data hosted?
EU only. Primary in Frankfurt, backed up to Dublin. Sovereign-cloud option on OVH or Scaleway available at Enterprise.
Can I export everything if I leave?
At any time. Your documents, your generated policies, your activity log — all exportable as a single signed archive. No lock-in.
